‘OM FOR THE HOLIDAYS VIRTUAL YOGA WORKSHOP

Description: The holiday season is a marvelous time, but with it comes a lot to do! With social distancing requirements in place we know that some of our holiday plans may look different this year, which could add an extra element of stress. We want to offer an evening of self care and a little moment of relaxation during this season.
Join us for a 1 hour yoga workshop focusing finding balance, embracing change and restoring peace. This is a virtual class. The practice will be geared to ALL levels, so all are welcome! Please plan to have a yoga mat (or beach towel) and water available. We look forward to celebrating the season with you on the mat!

The class will be led by one of our members, Diana Marshall. Diana is an experienced yoga instructor who has been teaching with GoYoga for the past 6.5 years and has a strong passion for sharing the practice of yoga with others.

6:10pm-6:45pm – All Levels Vinyasa Yoga Class
6:45pm-6:50pm – Meditation
6:50pm-7:00pm – Closing
