During this time of year, countless ads, commercials, and products flood the market to pressure us to eat less and change our bodies. Nearly 1 in 4 people surveyed set a new year’s resolution related to diet activities. This year, what if we aimed to love and appreciate our bodies for all of the amazing things it does instead of working to change it? What would that look like for you? The Diversity and Inclusion Committee invites you to join us for a discussion to explore and understand body acceptance, weight stigma, and diet culture. This webinar will take place on Thursday, February 4 at 6:30 PM. We invite you to read, listen, and/or view these resources prior to joining for a more robust discussion.
