Let’s get crafty! From the comfort of your home, join JLC and some of your favorite characters for some hands-on arts & crafts and cookie decorating! Any and all family members can tune in to participate in this crafty event! This year, you’ll follow along with our Princesses to learn how to create a Party Popper, followed by mastering your cookie decorating skills. While crafting and decorating, you’ll hear enchanting stories and conclude the event with virtual interaction with our princesses. Children and families are encouraged to wear their own favorite costumes! With the purchase of your Regular ticket ($25), you will receive a material & ingredient list and a Zoom Link for the day of the event. With the purchase of your VIP Ticket ($40) before March 8th, you will receive a specialized box filled with cookies, cookie decorating materials, and the party popper craft materials. This box will be available for contactless pickup the week prior to the event, details on pick up will be sent you via email. You will also receive a Zoom Link for the day of the event. In addition to the Crafting with Characters Event, there will be a virtual auction for you and your family to bid on items that range from food, fitness, and pampering items! The funds raised at Crafting with Characters will benefit the Adopt-A-Backpack for Children (ABC) project. The Junior League of Columbus (JLC) is celebrating 20+ years of this project which provides local children with a backpack full of supplies necessary for academic achievement.
